The present research work is based on a hermeneutic of Preciado’s critique of Foucauldian philosophy, especially on contemporary modes of subjectivation. Preciado’s philosophy has a theoretical basis in Nietzschean and Foucaultine terms, but recognizes that the French philosopher does not take into account contemporary technologies of power (pharmacological and pornographic), as well as underestimate the forms of resistance to such subjectivations by the multitudes Queer Based on this criticism, the Spanish philosopher constructs a third episteme that functions as a somatopolitical regime of production of subjectivity, a regime that will not be classified as sovereign nor disciplinary-biopolitical. The construction of such a regime will allow Preciado to organize and condense critiques of theoretical limitations in Foucault’s thought, establishing a dialogue with the Deleuzian philosophy of control societies and post-Fordist theorists to approach an ontology of the historical present.
