At the colonies of the north of Misiones, there’s an strong and permanent presence of agents of environmental control. Our purpose here is to analyze the mechanisms by which the environmental legal frame works, so we propose to study the relationships between the colonos and the rangers, and the elements working in a relationship that seems to be purely legal and bureaucratic. In this way we’ll see the elements that nurturing the environmental legality, and the extra-legal bases at the relationship between colons and rangers. We consider that at the rural area of Misiones this legal system functions by the presence of extra-legal elements.
