It seeks to identify areas of contact between the works of Ramón Illán Bacca and Juan Cárdenas from a critical-theoretical proposal about the paths traced by the writing on the reverse in recent Colombian literature. The hypothesis is that the works of these two writers, particularly the novels Deborah Kruel (1990) and Elástico de sombra (2019), coincide in the emergence of technical procedures linked to unstit- ched thinking —a term proposed by Severo Sarduy— as the putting into action of a dynamic imaginary that activates a process of uprising of the image, with which the writing on the reverse is generated, a mechanism explained by the philosopher Bruno Mazzoldi.
