Un modelo conceptual para el abordaje del ordenamiento territorial

Abstract

Para trabajar en los territorios es necesario conocerlos, describirlos, encontrar sus qué, sus porqués y contar con la participación de los distintos actores, desde una visión holística, considerando las diferentes escalas, jerarquizadas y en interacción. El objetivo de esta investigación es proporcionar un modelo conceptual para el abordaje del ordenamiento territorial articulando las categorías de inteligencia territorial y perfil territorial. Si bien se consideran a las comunas de la provincia de Córdoba (Argentina) como unidades de estudio, el modelo puede ser aplicado a otros territorios con características divergentes.

To work in the territories, it is necessary to know them, describe them, find their way and count on the participation of the different actors from a holistic perspective, considering the different scales, hierarchized and in interaction. This research aims to provide a conceptual model for the approach to territorial planning by articulating the categories of territorial intelligence and territorial profile. Although the villages of the province of Cordoba (Argentina) are considered as study units, the model can be applied to other territories with divergent characteristics.
