El discurso polémico en el debate sobre la Educación Sexual Integral

Abstract

En este artículo, analizamos con herramientas del Análisis del Discurso las posturas que se manifestaron sobre el proyecto de Educación Sexual Integral en el debate parlamentario que tuvo lugar en la Cámara de Diputados, el día 16 de agosto de 2006. Más allá del pronunciamiento a favor o en contra de la sanción de la ley, nos interesa indagar en las lógicas argumentativas (Angenot, 2015) que desarrollan las diferentes posiciones sobre el proyecto, esto es, determinar si comparten o no un mismo marco de creencias, si los planteos argumentativos parten de los mismos presupuestos, condición necesaria para establecer las bases para la discusión en miras a un eventual consenso sobre el tema.

In this article, we analyze with tools of the Discourse Analysis the positions that were manifested on the project of Integral Sexual Education in the parliamentary debate that took place in the Chamber of Deputies, on August 16, 2006. Beyond the pronouncement in favor or against the sanction of the law, we are interested in investigating the argumentative logics (Angenot, 2015) that develop the different positions on the project, that is, determine whether or not they share the same framework of beliefs, if the argumentative proposals start of the same budgets, necessary condition to establish the bases for the discussion in view of an eventual consensus on the subject.
