Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems allow generation, management, interpretation and analysis of natural resources data. Digital processing of satellite image facilitates both identification and interpretation of new information levels. Available data in a G.I.S. have spatial information in terms of fundamental components: their coordinates and attributes. Using these technologies it was generated a geo-referenced spatial information of thirteen biologic physic and cultural items of the National Park and Biosphere Reserve of San Guillermo (Argentina). In this paper, digital image processing, digital cartography, and G.I.S. are presented.
