Saberes expertos, comunicación y gobierno en pandemia: El tratamiento mediático del rol del comité de expertos durante el primer año de pandemia de Coronavirus en Argentina

Abstract

Este trabajo analiza los discursos producidos en dos diarios digitales acerca del vínculo entre saberes expertos y Estado durante el primer año de la pandemia de coronavirus en Argentina. Se indaga en el tratamiento que los medios construyeron acerca de la configuración de élites técnicas-políticas, los discursos que se legitiman a partir de éstas y las disputas y tensiones presentes en este proceso. Se focaliza en contenidos, fuentes, actores y valoración. Los datos se elaboran a partir del análisis del discurso, atendiendo a las complejas relaciones entre el texto (estructuras del discurso periodístico) y su contexto de producción (condiciones socio-históricas). Los resultados alcanzados señalan la importancia de la presencia del rol de los saberes expertos en los medios como elemento que orienta la discusión y brinda legitimidad a la comunicación de las medidas tomadas durante la pandemia, un foco de discusión en torno a las medidas y las tensiones que emergen respecto de los saberes expertos protagonistas en la reproducción del modelo biomédico. Por último se problematiza acerca de la necesidad de respuestas integrales en las estrategias que contemplen la dimensión psicosocial-económica y las particularidades sociales de los escenarios a los que se orientan.This work analyzes the speeches produced in two digital newspapers about the link between expert knowledge and the State during the first year of the coronavirus pandemic in Argentina. It investigates the treatment that the media constructed about the configuration of technical-political elites, the discourses that are legitimized from them and the disputes and tensions present in this process. It focuses on content, sources, actors and evaluation. The data are prepared from discourse analysis, taking into account the complex relationships between the text (structures of journalistic discourse) and its production context (socio-historical conditions). The results achieved point out the importance of the presence of the role of expert knowledge in the media as an element that guides the discussion and provides legitimacy to the communication of the measures taken during the pandemic, a focus of discussion around the measures and tensions. that emerge with respect to the expert knowledge that is the protagonist in the reproduction of the biomedical model. Finally, the need for comprehensive responses in strategies that take into account the psychosocial-economic dimension and the social particularities of the scenarios to which they are oriented is problematized.
