Dominación y resistencia. Los trabajadores en la actividad frutícola de la ciudad de Concordia, Entre Ríos

Abstract

A partir de la reestructuración productiva, y la orientación exportadora de las producciones de fruta los mercados y los procesos de trabajo cambian, sean porque se renueva la flexibilización laboral histórica dela actividad o porque aparecen formas renovadas. Con ello, se reactualizan formas de control que generan disciplinamiento laboral, a través de la precarización o mediante la intensificación del trabajo. El presente texto tiene como propósito presentar las distintas formas alternativas de conflicto laboral que se presentan en el complejo agroindustrial citrícola de la ciudad de Concordia (Entre Ríos). Presentaremos, por un lado, los distintos sistemas de control patronal que caracterizan los procesos de trabajo de las empresas del complejo, y, por el otro, las acciones que toman los trabajadores durante el proceso de trabajo, a modo de resistencias laborales.From the productive restructuring, and the exporting orientation of the productions of fruit, the markets and the processes of work have change, because there is a renovation of the historical labor flexibilization of the activity and because renewed forms appear. With it, forms of control a re-updated to generate labor control, across the precarization or with the intensification of the work. The present text has as intention to present the different alternative forms of labor conflict that appears in the agroindustrial citrus complex of the city of Concordia (Entre Ríos). We will present the different systems of control that characterize the processes of work of the companies of the complex, and, the actions that the workers take as resistance.
