El presente como archivo: inscripciones del futuro en el artivismo prepandémico

Abstract

El artículo parte de la pregunta sobre los futuros que nos es posible imaginar y, para tantear alternativas, se centra en prácticas de activismo artístico desarrolladas hasta el inicio de la pandemia por Covid-19. La indagación sobre experiencias artivistas se funda en la hipótesis de que se trata de prácticas que encarnan en sí mismas elementos particularmente especiales para imaginar y construir futuros alternativos a los que nos ofrece el status quo. Se profundiza en el análisis de algunos casos en los que la autora misma ha intervenido, como modo de exponer la potencia transformadora de la conjunción entre cuerpo y palabra, experiencia y reflexión crítica.This article stems from the question around the possible futures we can imagine. In exploring alternatives, it focuses on artistic activism practices developed up to the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. It investigates artivistic experiences based on the hypothesis that these practices embody particularly special elements to imagine and build alternative futures to those offered by the status quo. The analysis will study in more depth some cases where the present author has intervened, as a way of showing the transformative potential of bringing together body and words, experience and critical reflection.
