From this work it is sought to investigate the scenarios of conflict and real agents that participated and participate in this case of riverside restructuring, questioning standardized agreements, reconstructing the alternative and multiple histories eclipsed by the lights of the “new coast”. Recognizing, in this way, the effects of socio-spatial rearrangement and economic revaluation that produce appropriations, expulsions, resistances.
