El poder de la imagen: Aenigma, teurgia y performatividad

Abstract

This text proposes to analizes the Cusan notion aenigma in the light of the notion of Performativity, Christian Doxology and Theurgic Practice of some philosophical schools of Late-Antiquity. It will be shown that the con- struction of the enigma, living and effective symbol of the absolute, is a praxis or spiritual exercise that leads to self-care. In this sense, it can be conceived as "sacralized performativity" or "secularized theurgy".
