With this work we try to account for some interstices that are configured rethinking Latin America in critical key to the political-colonial modernity. The operation which is dismantling the colonial discourse has as central knot the construction of a different thought that it makes possible re-articulate the modern process in its past and present regional and local. Therefore is necessary break with the essentialisms, the statisms, the universalisms, which is registered in the own practices of the internal colonialism. Following Luis Tapia, this mode of colonialism operates in the relationship between societies and inside them, producing asymmetries and hierarchies of power. It is in this sense that the local becomes relevant, through methods, concepts, descriptions and narratives, making possible to retrace the colonial frames. Think the local involves thinking what composition or joint recognition, explanation, reflexivity, assessment and projection of these heterogeneous realities and historicities occur as episteme. From here we recover Silvia Rivera Cusicanqui's works to introduce the conversation about how think subalternists practices, where the voice and the vision of the women recover the narratives from a reverse reading. Which is to say, configure the women as a position of political subject that defines, across their local practices, her historical and social legacy.
