In the following paper, we intend to analyze the link that could be drawn between the concept of community presented by Juan Domingo Perón in his text The Organized Community and the consideration of the State as a collective individual that Baruch Spinoza develops in his philosophy. We will maintain that the explicit reference to the Dutch philosopher that Perón introduces in this text allows us to question about possible similarities between the philosophical-political proposals of both authors, especially due to the concept of immanence as a dimension from which the human being exists and from which it is possible to experience eternity, within a political community, within a State, also an instance in which freedom can be achieved.
