This article presents an analytic and critic reconstruction of sexual rights as human rights in the United Nations. In order to complete this task, a retrospective of sexual rights has been made from the ’90s international conferences to present time, and the particular facts and documents are analyzed and organized in four different periods of time with the same concepts. This retrospective is later criticized with the gubernamentability idea of Foucault, focusing on the sexual rights as a legal and juridical tool of the security dispositive and the immanence of government limits.
