The political communication field plays a fundamental role in today’s mediatised societies and is central to thinking about the development of democracies, citizen interpellations and the behaviour of a political representation traversed by virtuality and the digital perspective. In this weft, the link with territoriality and the conception of the historical and physical practice of politics is in full reconfiguration and articulation, attending to nuances, conflictivities and intertwined points of view. As Washington Uranga (2021) mentions, the planning of and from communication and in politics cannot be thought of or understood except as a political practice that directly affects social scenarios and presents enormous diversity and conflict, resulting from the struggles by the power of the actors in the territory, digitally and face-to-face. In these terms, to communicate is to intervene in the social and is to do politics.
