As a part of the line of research on social sensibilities, linked to expressiveness, this article aims at going deep in the question of the applicability of selfknowledge techniques, in the ways we interprete field material resulting from expressive-creative methodologies, in order to explicit the relations there are between perception, sensibility and action schemes. From diverse perspectives, the notion of conscience has been revised, in its links with senses of perception, noting the “number of senses” that human beings develop, and its relations with vital space. Parting from a brief account of this field, we unravel what we call kinesthetic autoethnography: we approach to a preliminary register of our own movement experience, as an exercise to link that experience with our theoretical-methodological path.
