This paper analyzes one of the educational institutions dedicated to the formation of girls and young people in Salta at the end of the 19th century, the Sacred Heart of Jesus School. Therefore, it is the object of this work to understand the relationship between the "pedagogical-religious discourse" that is constructed in the institution and its inscription in the bodies of the educated, that is, its regulation. To this end, discourses referring to women, present in different sources such as school regulations, manuals, regulations, among others, are traced. This analysis will be in dialogue with the conditions of production of these technologies, which will take into account who produced it; the social, cultural, ecclesiastical, economic and political context; along with other significant elements.
