Tourism is a vector of transformation of the territories, from the increase of different mobilities that involve the State, consumers, private providers and labor of the sector. This paper reflects on the different practices and motivations of tourists in the circuit “Los Túneles” in the west of the Province of Córdoba (Argentina), an old road work that was recently asphalted, consolidating itself as a tourist attraction. From a qualitative methodology and using conceptual, theoretical and empirical tools framed in the paradigm of mobilities and the sociology of tourism, we intend to know the particularities that visitors carry in their practices, specially about the role of nature, contemplation, landscape, rituals and their expectations and experiences associated with this tourist visit.
