Agile Driven Education is a framework that integrates agile practices into educational contexts with the aim of improving teaching and learning processes. This article examines the application of ADE in higher education courses and evaluates whether its implementation promotes increased student engagement and participation, as well as more meaningful learning experiences. To this end, a multiple case study was conducted following the methodological guidelines proposed by Runeson and Höst. The study design incorporated semi-structured interviews with instructors, anonymous surveys administered to students, and a longitudinal analysis of academic performance indicators spanning the past five years. A mixed-methods approach was adopted to triangulate perceptions, experiences, and performance measures. The findings demonstrate that ADE fosters higher levels of motivation, strengthens collaborative work, and supports deeper and more sustained comprehension of course content. Overall, the results highlight the transformative potential of agile practices for developing more dynamic, flexible, and learner-centered educational environments.
