This led to the formation of the first labor organizations, which aimed to improve workers’ working and living conditions. This article analyzes the Federación Obrera de Magallanes’ press editorial development and published literature from the Lifelong Education and the Popular Social History perspectives. This research identifies the creation of workers’ educational and emancipative literature, which was defined by geographical and contextual characteristics, and was constitutive of their identity.
