The bureaucratic articulation of state apparatus imposes a previous conceptual study of the bureaucracy as category. Without such study is not possible any rigorous approach to the various forms of state nor the understanding of the processes of condensation of social power relations in the state apparatus. In this article we propose to set out the internal structural nexus between capital, impersonal power and bureaucracy, taking as starting point the demands that the commodity form of capital / labor relationship presents to the articulation of the political domination of the bourgeoisie. In this regard, we intend only to lay the conceptual foundations of a further study that we could not do here and it requires for its development of a comprehensive empirical research of historical content. That starting point is the criterion for assessing the relevance of a set of authors and their works that will enable us to perform a critical recovery of some of the most important contributions to the theory of bureaucracy in sociology and political science.
