Made up by the meeting of people that go through a condition of socioeconomic vulnerability, micro-enterprises are one of the manifestations that integrate the typology of alternatives provided by the social and solidarity sector since the last years. Although the spread of these initiatives in several provinces of Argentina, and their recognized social functionality, these enterprises do not have a specific legal regime that contemplates the different aspects involved in their development. For this reason, in this contribution we propose some reflections that contribute to the development of knowledge on the legal framework of the social and solidarity economy microenterprises in the Argentina provinces.
