In Argentina we are witnessing a reengineering of labor market inclusion policies, aimed at incorporating modalities of training virtualization and educational hybridization from web platforms. Accordingly, this paper synthesizes the experiences of beneficiaries in the Saber Portal initiative: a format and scale of activities consisting of content viewing, hybridized with face-to-face tasks. Faced with the mechanisms of bodily order and sensitive regulation imposed by its implementation, we place the agential dimension in the foreground, questioning the experiences and uses of the beneficiaries We rely on purposive sample interviews conducted between 2021 and 2023, while reconstructing the context that initiated the policy during the pandemic. As a result, we identify the discordant sensibilities and elusive tactics of subjects, which contradict the instituted statutes of regulation and control.
