In this work I propose to read a series of emotional inscriptions about militancy, in poems written by women around the 70s. By analyzing the role that affectivity plays in the texts, I am interested in investigating its relationship with the sacrificial mandate and the heroic dimension of the struggle and the political experiences of that moment. In this sense, the persistence of certain affects and emotions such as fear, joy or disappointment, raises the question about whether it is possible to think of revolutionary heroism outside the dichotomies of strength/weakness, conviction/doubt, courage/fear or triumph/defeat.
