Based on a methodological strategy that privileges the analysis of the Chaco newspapers Norte and Chaco día por día and the Corrientes El Litoral we try to account of the working conditions, demands and conflicts existing in the health sector in two jurisdictions of the Northeast Region of the country. In the media coverage, we detected different positions regarding the spread of Covid, the sanction and control measures, as well as a discursive construction that considered professionals in the nursing sector as the most exposed to the new disease.
