La infancia y su gobierno: una aproximación desde las trayectorias investigativas de Argentina

Abstract

Se presenta el menú de discusiones en Argentina que se ha producido desde tres décadas atrás, sobre el gobierno de la infancia. Se distinguen los principales debates que lo atraviesan, así como sus características y alcances, con tal de hallar nuevos horizontes de cuestionamientos e indagación. Respecto a la categoría del niño sujeto de derechos, se apela a reconocer la pluralidad de experiencias, escenarios y temporalidades y a evitar la simplificación de atribuir uni-direccionalidad a las relaciones de poder, entre otras características del debate polifónico del que se da cuenta.The article presents the state of the art of Argentinean debates in the past three decades around child government. The main debates are established, detailing their prevalent topics and scope, in order to find new horizons of questioning and research. With respect of the concept of child as a right bearer / subject, the article shows the importance of understanding the plurality of experiences, scenarios and temporalities, and to avoid simplification and unidirectional in the analysis of relations of power, among other aspects of the polyphonic debate presented.
