The purpose of this article is to specify the main aspects of the originality of the enunciation in the Jacques Lacan’s teaching. For this purpose, certain developments of his Seminar VI, entitled "Desire and its interpretation" are analyzed, which allow us to synthesize the specificity of Lacanian enunciation not only with respect to linguistics but also with respect to Freudian and post-Freudian approaches. Although his return to Freud implies rescuing the subversive dimension of Freudian discovery in the light of the contributions of structural linguistics, in a second time he manages to overcome that reading by recovering from the Freudian perspective the libidinal dynamics. It is in this articulation between going beyond Freud from structuralism and beyond structuralism from a second return to Freud that we propose to situate Lacanian originality with respect to enunciation.
