The theory of learning styles has gained significant relevance in recent decades as it allows us to understand the different ways in which students learn. Understanding these theories enables the development of practices that respond to the knowledge of which learning model we operate under and how we use it to improve our practice. The present research aims to analyze the evolution of learning styles in students of the Veterinary Sciences program at the National University of the Northeast through a comparative study between the basic and advanced cycles. Knowing the learning styles is of great importance for educators as it can provide them with tools to design more effective pedagogical interventions that align with the needs of students at each stage of their studies, thereby improving academic performance and student motivation.
