The north of Córdoba, where traditionally has dominated the small domestic production, has been the scene towards the end of the twentieth century of a progressive advance of agrarian capitalism based on the cultivation of oilseeds. This article seeks to develop an analytical approach to the study of the spatial characteristics acquired by the dynamics of the modern agricultural frontier. By this way is intended to provide interpretive keys for understanding the complex way in which capital (through agribusiness) reorganizes the preceding territorial structures creating a social context full of deep contradictions. To achieve the proposed objective are empirically analyzed three dimensions considered classics in the study of agricultural frontiers (land, production and population) seeking to achieve reflexions to continue working on the issue.
