This article presents, in a descriptive and reflective manner, the collaborative research process developed within the RedTE.Ar network, emphasizing the articulation strategies employed to ensure the validity of the analysis and coherence among the different participating teams. The phases of the research work are reconstructed, from the formation of local nodes and the collective definition of the lines of inquiry, to the development of shared analytical categories. The article delves into how institutional and territorial heterogeneity was managed through successive revisions of emerging codes, instances of epistemological validation and cross-feedback between nodes, and agreements on the coding and segmentation criteria for field data. Furthermore, the procedures for systematizing information are described, including shared formats, recording protocols, and analysis matrices, as tools for consolidating a common perspective without losing contextual specificity. This work addresses the challenges and lessons learned from collaborative research, highlighting how sustained teamwork enables the production of situated and rigorous knowledge, contributing to the understanding of technology-mediated teaching practices in diverse institutional settings during and after the pandemic. Furthermore, the work provides conceptual definitions of technology-mediated teaching practices in a post-digital world. To this end, it revisits the conceptual background and challenges inherent in understanding the new configurations present in higher education.
