Different models of functional networks oriented to forecasting water levels, which were applied in watersheds of Gran Rosario are presented. The input variables are rainfall and water level linked to a time t0 , while the output is given by water levels associated with different time horizons tpi. From the observed events, an average of 10 storms over 15 gauge stations, the possible combinations are calculated to form two groups: one for learning and one for network validation. The evaluation of the models was carried out using different statistics, including: maximum difference in peak water level (Dpico), coefficient of efficiency Nash-Sutcliffe (NS) and root mean square error (RECM). For the four gauges presented here Dpico value varies between 0,04 m and 1,07 m, the NS varies between 0,99 and 0,75 and the RECM fluctuates between 0,03 m and 0,32 m, for forecasting time from 15 minutes to 6 hours respectively. Such models can be implemented in any basin that has rainfall and water levels data. The results obtained to date are auspicious, showing the ability of "learning" and event simulation of these models.
