The Oses family’s property is in Cushamen Department, on the left bank of the Chubut River, 20 km West of Paso del Sapo, Chubut Province. Recent archaeological research has revealed surface sites with indigenous materials and old constructions from European settlers who arrived in the area during the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. The aim of this paper is to make known the results of the material analyses and the peculiar distribution of the European-Creole settlement. At present, evidence shows that both groups, Natives and European-Creoles, chose the same space to inhabit and therefore used the same critical resources from the area, such as wood, water, and the topography. More interpersonal than group contacts are manifested.
