Contribución del Sociograma al enfoque Nexo Agua, Energía y Alimentación. Avances en el estudio del Valle Antinaco – Los Colorados (La Rioja, Argentina)

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es identificar los actores sociales que se relacionan desde el enfoque del Nexo Agua, Energía y Alimentación en el Valle Antinaco – Los Colorados (VALC) y, a partir de allí, proponer grupos objetivos sobre los que avanzar para articular territorialmente el enfoque. Los pasos metodológicos consistieron en la elaboración del sociograma de manera participativa, allí se identificaron los actores y sus relaciones, se efectuaron ajustes en gabinete y se validaron los resultados en mesas de intercambio. Se identificaron 81 actores, 255 vinculaciones y se propusieron cuatro grupos objetivo, conformados por conjuntos diversos de actores, a los que sería conveniente comunicar, invitar e involucrar a participar del enfoque en el VALC.The aim of this paper is to identify the social actors linked to the Water-Energy-Food Nexus (WEF Nexus) approach in the Antinaco-Los Colorados Valley (ALCV) in La Rioja, Argentina, and thereby to propose target groups in order to articulate the approach in the territory. The methodology consisted in the participatory elaboration of the sociogram, where social actors and their relationships were identified, adjustments were carried out in deskwork and results were validated in roundtable discussions. 81 actors were identified, 225 links were established and four target groups were proposed in order to disseminate, involve and invite to participate in the WEF Nexus in the ALCV.
