La importancia del libertinismo erudito en el atisbo de la Modernidad

Abstract

El presente escrito intenta poner de relieve el aporte significativo que representó el pensamiento del denominado "libertinismo erudito" en la conformación de la modernidad filosófica tal como ha sido concebida a partir de Hegel. En un primer momento, este trabajo se ocupa de precisar la naturaleza propia de los denominados libertinos, el tiempo histórico en el que se situaron y las tesis que sostuvieron. Seguidamente, procura destacar aquellos elementos del pensamiento libertino que influirán en la urdimbre de la modernidad, consolidada, de modo pleno, en el período iluministaThis paper attempts to highlight the significant contribution of the libertinage érudit in shaping the modernity as it was conceived by Hegel. Firstly, this work deals with the nature of libertinism, its historical context and the ideas libertine thinkers embraced. The second section of this paper attempts to highlight the elements of libertinism thinking that influenced in the modernity, fully consolidated in the Age of Enlightenment.
