This article works on intersectionality as a theoretical and political approach. It proposes an analysis this category as a tool that allows us to recognize and identify tensions and disputes in the construction of the political agendas within the feminist movement. To this end, some of the debates between the global North and South are revisited in regard to their scope and limitations. A qualitative methodology is applied and a case study on the agendas of the Argentine feminist movement is carried out. A corpus of theoretical materials is elaborated to systematize and rebuild historically and situationally discussions around the construction of political agendas. It is therefore concluded that intersectionality must be questioned within the framework of decolonial studies to be a useful tool to (re)think the agendas of the feminist movement in Latin America.
