This article analyzes the processes of resistance, struggle and collective organization of delivery platform workers in Argentina, using the power resource theory approach. The paper discusses four different types of power resource (structural power; associative power; social power; and institutional power) in various types of organization, from mainstream unions to grassroots organizations, in different cities in Argentina. The approach taken was eminently qualitative, based on in-depth interviews with workers, activists and union leaders between 2018 and 2020, including the first period of the Covid-19 pandemic.
