The aim of the present study was to investigate the level of commitment, job satisfaction and teacher’s burnout, as well as their perceptions regarding organizational practices and resources. An empirical, quantitative, and cross-sectional study with a descriptive-correlational scope was designed. A non-probabilistic sample of 244 Argentine teachers was studied (77.90% women; Xage = 39.29, SD = 8.47; Xseniority= 12.77, SD= 9.12). Descriptive statistics, mean difference tests, variance analysis and correlational analysis were computed on the collected data. The results show high levels of commitment, job satisfaction and personal realization; statistically significant associations between all variables and some differences based on sociodemographic characteristics. The findings are discussed, and the limitations, strengths and practical implications of the study are pointed out.
