The following article aims to research the construction of the Social and Solidarity Economy (ESS) in the province of Entre Ríos (Argentine) in order to contribute to the large discussions that problematize the experiences framed in the broad field of the ‘other’ economy. In this sense, it investigates the state policy of the Social Economy (ES) provincial, through the public policies of Microcredit, framed in the provincial law 10,151, and from there it is analyzed how the State intervenes in the territory, understanding the latter as a social, mobile and changing construction; resulting from the practices, opinions, visions of its actors, and the social relations that interweave and make it more complex. As part of the methodological strategy, we problematized the characteristics of the intervention through the microcredit tool in the north of Entre Ríos, specifically in two departments: La Paz and Feliciano. The analysis is based on the use of a qualitative methodology: interviews with public officials, state workers, and beneficiaries in the territory, in turn, the analysis of secondary sources such as public documents and journalistic notes was used.
