The article aims to identify and analyze the territorial expressions of memory linked to the last civic– military dictatorship present in the urban landscape of Luján, focusing on the concepts of geosymbols and memorial constellations. Drawing on approaches from cultural geography and critical geography, the study examines the traces, practices, and memorial devices inscribed in public space, attending to their meanings, singularities, and forms of territorial articulation. It is assumed that, during the post-dictatorship period, a progressive process of recovery and activation of memories unfolded in the urban space, a process traversed by disputes, tensions, and negotiations regarding the uses, meanings, and appropriations of the recent past. Methodologically, the research adopts a qualitative strategy that materializes in the development of a cartographic device aimed at accounting for the spatial distribution and presence of geosymbols and memorial constellations in the local landscape. This mapping is complemented by semi-structured interviews with memory entrepreneurs and other key actors, with the objective of reconstructing the logics, practices, and meanings involved in the social production of these territorial expressions.
