Análisis del gasto público en materia de políticas públicas destinadas a la mujer en el Municipio de General Pueyrredón

Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo inicial realizar un análisis desagregado del gasto público en materia de políticas públicas de género tomando como unidad los programas creados en el ámbito de competencia del Municipio de General Pueyrredón. Frente a la falta de información disponible y a la reticencia de los funcionarios públicos del área pertinente a responder a las solicitudes del material presupuestario que hemos realizado, optamos por estudiar la evolución presupuestaria a partir del cálculo del impacto respecto del presupuesto general y del presupuesto de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social de los fondos públicos destinados al rubro.The present work had as an initial objective to carry out a disaggregated analysis of public spending on public gender policies, taking as a unit the programs created in the area of competence of the Municipality of General Pueyrredón, the spatial eld in which the work plan is based. ´´Challenges and perspectives for access to the Right to the City from the point of view of women approved by the National Council of Scienti c and Technological Research (Argentina). Faced with the lack of available information and the reluctance of public o cials in the relevant area to respond to requests for budget material that we have made, we chose to study the budgetary evolution based on the calculation of the impact with respect to the general budget and budget of the Ministry of Social Development of public funds destined to the sector.
