Resumen

In this Research work it was evaluated different light pathways occurred through Nano-Bio-Optic coupling developed by joining Enhanced tiny gold Core-shell Nano-emitters and Nanostructured Human Serum Albumin (HSA). The Enhanced Nano-emissions was based on Metal Enhanced Fluorescence (MEF) produced from 15 nm gold Plasmonics templates modified with Fluorescein (Au@SiO2-Fl), while the HSA showed stable emissions by confined natural amino-acids within 180 nm spherical particles. By this manner, the synthetic Nano-Bio-conjugation (d15 Au@SiO2–Fl-HSA) afforded to different epitaxial Nanostructured geometries accompanied with completely different emission behaviors. This fact opened the interest to understand how was occurred through the different optical active and non-active materials incorporated, considering that all of them conserved their intrinsic properties in their free forms. In this regard it was evaluated the sensitivity of the Nano-Bio-system by adjusting Laser excitations and emissions filters in order to stimulate different pathways. This approach considers standard stimulations of emitters, MEF, and FRET pathways; however accurate 3D structural constrains generated different sources of emissions based on the same phenomena as well. So, hot-photonics spots from Nano-Bio-interphases produced different emissions depending of their 3D surrounding. Therefore, Nano-Biofibers produced Ultra-fast decays, spherical Nano-Bio-spherical assemblies showed fast decays, while aggregated and non-homogeneous structures low decays compared with the higher ones recorded. Thus, it was defined accurate well defined Optical materials. Then, this capability afforded to show intermediate states by photon-counting decays with potential perspectives towards highly sensitive Nano-Bio-photonics detections. By this manner, it was showed the importance of time resolved Nano-Bio-Optics and Optics.
