In this article we propose to address the process of construction of the agenda of demands of social organizations and its link with community care, paying particular attention to the emerging politicization processes, based on the case of the Union of Workers of the Popular Economy (UTEP). We maintain that the politicization of care is a relatively recent process that is closely linked to the needs, disputes and demands that make up the collective action agendas of these actors, and that it is presented in a dialogic relationship with the transformations that are occurring in the programs and state action. We address this process in two government periods: between December 2019 and 2023, marked by the pandemic; and the one that opens with the triumph of Javier Milei.
