The consolidation of the agribusiness model in Argentina brought higher levels of land concentration and tended, in different ways, to deepen processes of exclusion and expulsion of rural families. At the same time, there was an increase of conflicts in Argentine agriculture regarding the ownership of land and the use of natural assets. The scope of this process can be observed in the growing of territorial conflicts in rural areas and the activation of peasant and indigenous intentionality that claim ways of life and their right to land and / or territory. The province of Chaco is not excluded from these processes. In this context, this work aims to analyze and understand conflicts over land ownership carried out by small producers and peasants in the province of Chaco.
