El Interjuego entre la normalización estatal y agencia indígena en la ejecución del relevamiento territorial de comunidades indígenas en Rio Negro, Argentina

Abstract

Este artículo aborda la ejecución la Ley 26.160 y el programa de relevamiento territorial de comunidades indígenas (ReTeCI) que buscan conocer la situación territorial de las comunidades indígenas. Por un lado, el artículo analiza la continuidad maquillada de dispositivos coloniales en esta política pública, mientras que, por otro lado, visibiliza la capacidad de agencia indígena dentro de este proceso de relacionamiento con el estado, reacentuando su rol para abordar la influencia ejercida en las formas adoptadas por el ReTeCI en la provincia de Rio Negro. En este recorrido, profundizaré sobre las formas y matices de esta agencia indígena en el proceso de relevamiento, prestando especial atención al ir y venir del interjuego entre la normalización estatal y el empoderamiento indígena.

This article deals with the execution of Law 26.160 and the territorial survey program of indigenous communities (ReTeCI) that seek to know the territorial situation of indigenous communities. On the one hand, the article analyzes the make-up continuity of colonial devices in this public policy, while, on the other hand, it highlights the capacity of the indigenous agency within this process of relationship with the state, reactivating its role to address the influence exerted on it.
