The objective of this work is to analyze the mechanisms through which the Socialist Party financed, organized and carried out oral propaganda. After the enactment of the Ley Sáenz Peña (1912) the number of votes and socialist groups increased, as a result of which party finances rose by the perception of legislative allowances and Centers began to demand more planning of the propaganda. Gradually, in the pages of La Vanguardia and in party congresses there were intensified discussions about what was called "The propaganda in the interior", in its various aspects: the responsibles of organizing it, the designation of speakers, the modes of financing it, the costs and routes, among others. The Executive Committee and the provincial federations tried to centralize the tasks, but the Centers also played a key role in the financing and the realization of the propaganda at a local and regional level, as we will observe through the relational framework constructed by the members of the Socialist Center of Bahía Blanca.
