The recent years, characterized as the end of the great narratives, has been observed from the social sciences increased fragmentation of the employee and, above all, the change of industrial action to demand more and more corporate and timely. The aim of this paper is to discuss the evolution of the concept of social dialogue in the light of these transformations in the salaried society. Three elements are important for shaping the concept of salaried society: the development of production sectors and services; the State and its role in regulating labor relations and, the forms assumed by the human resource management. Social dialogue is channeled through the corporate brand also claims the conditions of possibility for them. Losing unit classes, i.e from its increasing fragmentation, is almost impossible to defend “class interests” by the unions because in her interests are very diverse. It is therefore necessary to devise new emancipatory meta narratives do not pass through construction of general models of ideal societies more just but for a defense of Human Rrights.
