In this paper, we analyze the ideas of motherhood consciously and voluntarily promoted by anarchists doctors. Linked and analyzed as part of the political, and primarily eugenics, strategy, in most investigations, no other relationships deepened. We are interested, first in the pro-maternalist context by providing the ability to choose when and how to be mothers through birth control but without compromising sexual activity. On the other hand, from the medical speech within anarchism concern for motherhood not only focused on contraceptive knowledge, but also dealt with the rights of single fathers, maternity and paternity and the problem of lack of economic independence of women, considered an issue with the bioburden stood at less than male conditions.
