''La matanza'': Memoria y poética de la transmisión

Abstract

En la “Colonia Aborigen Chaco” (Argentina), el Estado nacional reprimió en 1924 un movimiento de resistencia indígena conocido en el lugar como “la matanza”. En base al testimonio de Lino Fernández registrado en video en 2004 se realizan comentarios explicativos en torno a la experiencia de entrevista, el relato oral y su registro, atendiendo especialmente a la confluencia de la narración del suceso con su forma de transmisión cultural.In the “Indigenous Colony Chaco” (Argentina), the national State repressed a movement of indigenous resistance in 1924. This is known as “La Matanza”, "slaughter”. Based on the testimony of Lino Fernández, recorded on video in 2004, explanatory comments are made regarding the experience of the interview, the oral account and its recording, especially seeing to the convergence of the narration of the event and the way it is culturally transmitted.
