e aim of this paper is to analyze how in the latest novel by Andrés Neuman various representations of movement are revealed as a constitutive factor not only of multiple territories but also of a particular way of conceiving the construction of subjectivity. We will use the distinction made by Michel de Certeau (1990) between the concepts of «place» and «space», the latter formed by a set of mobile entities, to complex and complement the delimitation made by Gallego Cuiñas (2012) of a «transatlantic space», which is decisive to address Neuman's work in its entirety.
