El coeficiente agencial en el mundo del trabajo: Porto Alegre (Brasil), 1942-1945

Abstract

En este texto me propongo rastrear el coeficiente agencial de los trabajadores portoalegrenses entre los años 1942 y 1945. Definición temporal dada por la intromisión del Brasil en la Segunda Guerra Mundial y por el fin del Estado Novo y la guerra. El objetivo central es aportar a los estudios que sostienen que si bien el régimen intentó controlar a los trabajadores, -y en pos de ello generó una serie de instituciones- éste no consiguió borrar a los trabajadores como agentes sociales.In this paper I propose to track the ratio of agency of workers from Porto Alegre between 1942 and 1945. This time delimitation is given by the meddling of Brazil into World War II and the end of both Estado Novo and war. The main objective is to contribute to studies that argue that while the regime tried to control workers, -and to reach it generated a number of institutions- it failed to erase social workers as social agents.
